It's not just brushing 2+ times per day. It's flossing and Listerine and similar high potency mouthwashes that burn the fuck outta your mouth. It's a good burn though.

I gotta get back into to flossing more. I'm very spotty about it but this pic will put me right.

i do 3-4 times a day.

lack of flossing is probably more to blame for that one.
