What are the changes between 2.1.3 to 2.2 ?

WordPress 2.2 is the most efficiently coded version to date. If your present host has trouble with it, something is badly wrong.

FWIW I host most of my blogs on Layered Tech. I believe Yahoo host with them too, but possibly using a somewhat more powerful setup than I do :)
