Managers of Radisson Hotel Saga have agreed to pay compensations to over 40 people that where going to attend the Snowgathering in March. Fréttablaðið has this from Árna Vilhjámssyni, Radisson's Lawyer, that an agreement on the compensation is almost in hand, but still there are some details to be resolved. The hotel does not agree to any damages but wants to close this case with a compensation payment. Fréttablaðið believes the amount runs at a few millions Icelandic crowns. (One million ISK is 16.000 USD)

Forsvarsmenn Hótels Sögu hafa fallist á að greiða bætur til ríflega fjörutíu gesta sem ætluðu að sækja klámráðstefnuna Snowgathering í mars.
Fréttablaðið hefur eftir Árna Vilhjálmssyni, lögmanni hótelsins, að samkomulagið um peningagreiðsluna sé nánast í höfn, eftir sé að ganga frá fáeinum lausum endum. Hann segir ekki felast í samkomulaginu nein viðurkenning á skaðabótaskyldu heldur aðeins ákvörðun um að leysa málið með sáttargreiðslu. Fréttablaðið fullyrðir að greiðslan nemi nokkrum miljónum króna.
