As i started having more guys work out of state and less guys in the office I moved to work from the house. It used to be my 2 partners and myself in the office about 30 Min's from my house but when i bought them out I really didn't need the space. I built a kickass office at home and I'm loving it. you just have to have runs with the wife and kids about your work hours. I'm not sure I'll ever go back to an office and commute every day unless i hire all in house guys.

My wife and I work in the same home office, but we don't throw things at each other. She used to have her office in the upstairs alcove, but it was silly having to use ICQ all day to communicate, so now we have a smoother work flow, even if I miss the quiet.

Still, I'm not wasting an hour or two each day commuting :thumbsup
