you're growing like crazy so you need to move from dedicated to cheaper virtual hosting? if you're still growing you'll end up back at dedicated in a few months anyways.

i'd suggest staying with dedicated but moving providers or renegotiating where you're at now. save you lots of hassle. :2 cents:
