Help working out.
I have been hitting the gym everyday but it is sort of a little of this or a little of that. If a babe is on the stairmaster I might jog behind her a bit or hit the free weights. My idea was that i need to focus on the upper body. I leave 4 blocks to one of the best beaches in the world and it helps to look good.
Any sites that have a nice 45 minute upper body schedule that you know of or something like that? Book? Get a trainer? Skip it, eat chips and drink beer?
