Webnamesolution.com Legit?
 

I forgot to register one of my many domains a while ago and someone else registered it with privacy so I can't look up who owned it. Suddenly I received a form email from Webnamesolution.com to buy it for $199. Apparently they attempt to register it through multiple registrars, then one can transfer it wherever. Anyone know if this is legit?
