A friend got me a copy of the "almost done" version that went to private screening. He works at Lionsgate. The only things not done were the special effects, and there weren't many of them.

I grabbed it thru IRC a few days ago..... it was pretty much what I expected, with a few things I didn't. Overall it was pretty damn good.. It had some obvious flaws in it, but IMO i liked it better than the first one. and ya.. the Blood-bath scene is pretty fuckin messed up.
