Getting someone to pay you back
 

Someone owes me some money, and I always have a hard time bringing it up and ironing out precise terms. It's not something I can go to court over, and the guy is probably broke but usually resourceful. How do I get him to get me back this money?

P.S. - No physical threats, just what can I say to trick that person into wanting to pay me back?

take something of his and leave a note saying you "borrowed" it for a day , then when he asks for it back tell him you lent it to a friend but you forgot you owed him money and now he wont give it back until you pay him .. everytime he asks for his thing back tell him the same excuse he uses to tell you why he cant pay you back

"When are you going to pay me back the money I lent you?"
