Which template do i need to alter to get a banner in the red area below?

I did it in the past but i just cant find it anymore.

I cant find it. You sure thats the name?

If I not mistake they have very complete documentation at their official site with screenshots, I can't find the url, but I've seen it there.

the "navbar" template is under "Navigation / Breadcrumb Templates"
