Easy fix, take off your shirt and find the nearest rough textured couch or carpeting and rub your back all over it, it's like the hands of god reaching down and scratching your whole back at once. :P

Oh and if you're especially good, you can work in some good cat stretching at the same time, kill two birds with one stone!
