Yep, there are excellent. Reliable application and service.

Being able to get your visitors attention using a push-chat
after they have been browsing your site for a few minutes is a cool feature.

Check out get1on1.com as well. Liveperson requires an application to be installed and get1on1 uses a web app for that
which sometimes turns out be be very convenient.

Try PHP Live! Better choice, less cost more features.
