    Ensure

    Who here under the age of say 55 drinks this? I have 1 a day just to make sure Im getting my daily nutritions met. Plus its tasty, and lactose free.



    I like the Strawberries and cream ones.

          Doing great gained 1/2 lb already. The only issue is a touch of Jaundice but all our kids have had to deal with it a little bit. Daily doctor visits to draw blood are no fun. lol

                  i drink a boost. its actually pretty good but alot of these are loaded up the wazoo with sugar which defeats the purpose of trying to drink a healthy drink to begin with...
