Epassporte - how long to reactivate after you send the docs they require
 
Does anyone know how long it takes for epassporte to reactivate your account after you've sent in your passport and bank account statement to prove who you are?

Apparently if you go over $5k balance you are deactivated until you send them in these docs?

It's nearing the end of the month i just logged into pay my normal bills out and i find i'm deactivated. Will the payments i'm owed from sponsors still go in if i'm not reactiavated in time?

Some good questions. I submitted paperwork and heard from them in a few days but I did it before I went over 5K as I knew I was about to.

Please forward the documents to me [email protected] your account should then be activated within 24 hours.
When your account is deactivated you can not receive transfers.

Thanks for the reply, yeah i wish i'd have read my messages in the message centre. I wonder if this is going to cause me a load of hassle now with sponsors payments being bounced back to them.

Ah damn i think they should make this very clear when signing up. But to be fair i guess they did send quite a few messages about it to me in the message centre, i just don't bother checking that out much. Anyone have icq contact for them....the phone support is ok but the line is terrible here, i can hardly hear what they are saying.

Even better, anyone have contact info for the " head office " at epass which are apparently going to be contacting me soon?
