It might seem harsh, but people went to the store and bought medicine that killed them.

I hear ya, but I often think about the fact that they are dealing with a billion people who all know the laws and the ripple effect of law breakers in a centralized society this large has often been catastrophic.

A bad medicine kill of 100 people in the US could possibly kill 100 thousand in China under the same circumstances.

If that standard applied in the West, we'd have to hang most of the government.

But then we aren't Commies. Oh right, sorry, reformed Commies. :disgust

Besides human rights issues the people from china seem to be good people.

Their population is so high they are having problems with policing their own people; and if it was not for their military they would have a civil war or the ones who are corrupt would take over even more.
