webair (my story...)

Been with them for 5 years.

So around 43800 hours of uptime.
And maximum of 5 hours downtime. (some of that time is due to MY misstakes.)

I will not complain.

Thank you webair for providing the best hosting service I have ever had.

TeenSluts 05-28-2007 01:21 PM

Hmm I didn't notice anything last month.

Last time I had 15mins of downtime since I fucked up some settings... this was

4:30PM up 443 days, 21:14, 1 user, load averages: 1.08, 1.31, 1.08

days ago...

Cyber Fucker 05-28-2007 01:31 PM

Webair rocks and nothing will change it, and those competing companies are just sad... :thumbsup

en21 05-28-2007 01:33 PM

5 years... wow.. that's dedication

webair 05-28-2007 01:34 PM

hey martin thanks for the posting your a great client buddy...i want to make sure all posts are updated see below:

As everything is coming up, I am gathering more info as to what happened today and will be sure to correct it. What we have gathered thus far is one of our major backbone providers sent us routes they shouldn't have. I will have an official statement for you shortly, and what is being put into place to prevent it from occurring again. I appreciate your patience. Again, my sincere apologies for today's inconvenience.

ok add that time to my total then... sorry I missed it. Maybe my monitoring tools is fucked or something but I seriously didn't notice anything last month. And I'm not paid a fucking cent by webair for this post. I'm just posting my experience with them as I've been with them for a long time.

Michaelious 05-28-2007 01:38 PM

Looks like a pretty good experience to me.

tranza 05-28-2007 01:41 PM

My traffic is down 50% from my daily average.

I just hope it picks up tomorrow and I didn't get banned anywhere because of this downtime..

At the end of the month, I was wrong, it wasn't 2 hours, but they were down. :error

_mC_ 05-28-2007 01:44 PM

My shared hosting experience was horrific!!! Almost killed myself...

However, since I went dedicated, no problems other than 2 outage problems. This being my second and longest. Overall, I like them, but today stinks. ;)

And there are specific people at Webair that are outstanding, like Gerard and Mike.

AliGbone 05-28-2007 01:44 PM

My servers weren't but they are in Amsterdam

Violetta 05-28-2007 02:11 PM

Yeah... been with them for 3 years now, and NEVER had any downtime, so I guess I can live with a few hours every 3 years
