OH BOY! now i can drop cybercat!!! a company that has literally sent me millions of dollars as well as thrown in money on ALL events I've ever done without questions on what I was doing or how much it would cost and allowed me to do virtually no work for many years now and charged me about the same cost as me hiring someone here to do exactly the same thing that I would have to spend time and effort monitaring Thank GOD this person who doesn't have a name or a company or any history or credibility made this post on GFY. I'm not expecting multi-million dollar sites to jump on board right away. But what this software will do is change the way advertising is sold.
I'll post some screenshots, open up demos and then you guys can really trash it. Remember, this is just the first breath that has been spoken about this. Siteowners are loosing money for something that a 1 time cost piece of software can accomplish. |

Whilst it may indeed be great, you are forgetting that the middle man sorts out the hassles that I for one might have to deal with. Plus I can say the service that people like Matt at GTS provide to me make it well worth using a middle man.

The system we have is rock solid, incredible, and quite refined even though this is the first many of you have heard about it. Support is very important and we have spent a great deal of time solving the support problem. Sorry for the spelling mistake on guarantee. Spell check has certainly ruined my ability to spell! We made a decision early on to completely refund anyone who isn?t happy with the software. We?re in this to make a change, not to become rich by ripping people off.
A lot of things are rushed to market in this industry and everyone has been disappointed with some of the overhyped products that especially brokers come up with. Credibility will come and while this is a new product, we?re certainly not new to the industry. That?s a lot of the reason why our URL?s and our complete marketing push are on their way June 15. This is a small pre-release note to give GFY regulars a heads up and a special offer. If you post in this thread before then or sent me an ICQ, I?ve locked you in for the free unlimited software updates when you?ve had a chance to carefully review what we have to offer and decide to purchase. Automated tools for selling ad space are great, but in the end, the reason why high traffic sites and companies hire ad agencies like GTS, CyberCat and us is because of the human handling factor.
You can hire technology to manage customers or you can hire experienced traffic management personnel who also have technology going for them to take care of ad buyers. Service alone warrants that site owners consider having the best technology and the best people handling a customer-centric business like ad sales. |
Tony, we have a couple of different levels of support. One of them even includes a 1 person to 1 site dedicated support person. While a siteowner can certainly choose different service levels (shared csr, no csr, etc), the 1 to 1 dedicated support person is simply unheard of. As you identified, support is key and as I mentioned above, we have not only addressed it, but we have a very good way of managing and solving support issues.
Most 3rd party brokers have to make up for inadequacies in their software by relying heavily on support. Our software is simply made with an end-to-end point of view. It's not just a few scheduling / serving scripts strung together. |
