Another billing processor went down?
hi guys anyone here have any news what happend with eurobill
their service was always so quick and reliable until last wednsday they just stop responding they put all our accounts down etc... they dont eaven ansewer phone when calling them +49 2238 4718-0 there is auto machine talking somnthing in german i cant understand anyone found same issue with them ? |

we just started using them - just integrated into one of our sites as a second gateway in backup cascade payment it's good he went down then so he couldnt robe us off aswell anyway it's realy shame as it was very clean and transparent system to use and im sorry to hear that there are already victims - cheers |

Eurobill did not go down, thats bullshit.. They have been around for AGES, and they are not just going to disappear suddenly..
We've made thousands of dollars via them over the place days, both direct debit and credit cards... As someone else already mentioned there were multiple holidays the past 10 days so thats probably why they got backed up (today is a holiday too btw). Again, its working totally fine, we just had a sale a minute or two ago... |

i just asked if others has issues in contacting eurobill or deactivating accounts as it was wired btw i thought that this company is from Switzerland not UK ? as there is no any holiday today there but i agree that maybe lazy after long weekend :2 cents: oh my icq: 156323263 |
I love such rumors when billers are considered to be dead only because they don't answer the phone on national holidays... :1orglaugh
