she takes it with a syringe... and the splatters it all over herself and him while drinking it

also can i get in trouble for heavy/hadrcore bdsm content?

Deej 05-27-2007 09:37 PM

might fall into obscenity...

applebee 05-27-2007 09:40 PM

depends how much blood she drinks from the dude. If she sucks him dry I think you'd have a little issue on your hands

Screaming 05-28-2007 08:33 AM

BOSS1 05-28-2007 03:07 PM

Yes, that is perfectly legal, but not in the United States of America.

_Richard_ 05-28-2007 03:36 PM

i'd say illegal

Interesting, I get where you're coming from... is it because it's mixed with sex?

Because there are plenty of vampire films where blood is sucked from necks

d-null 05-28-2007 07:01 PM

could someone point to any law that would say this was illegal? it is not a violent non consensual act? where does it become illegal?

NTSS 05-28-2007 07:10 PM

obscenity is illegal...what else do you need to hear?...that shit is fucking obscene..and sick...stick to normal porn and you should be ok

Rantan 05-28-2007 07:14 PM

I believe that would prolly fall under some kind of 'bio-hazard' because you're willy-nilly throwing bodily fluids about.

I think two people who wanna do that should be able to..as long as they both want to... but filming it and disturbing it prolly gets a lot more complicated. can you say "snuff film"?

d-null 05-28-2007 08:22 PM

I still don't see anything wrong with that. It has zero to do with snuff, it sounds like more of a medical fetish.

Obscene???? If that is obscene, then so is wrestling where they prepare their faces by putting fine slits in their foreheads to produce more bleeding.

I still see nothing wrong with this consensual kind of play fetish.

BOSS1 05-28-2007 10:10 PM

Why is it okay to depict it in a hollywood movie or a B horror film but when it's on the web depicted the same way it magically becomes "obscene, sick, disgusting"

why?

There is some fucked up double-standard thinking going on in this world these days.

I say it falls into the category of "Legal, but if you personally find it obscene then don't fucking look at it"

Would be easier/way less dangerous to fake it...

LAJ 05-30-2007 07:27 AM

Why not play it safe and get legal advice from an actual lawyer?

alby_persignup 05-30-2007 08:21 AM

thats kinda weird!

The Duck 05-30-2007 10:03 AM

thats fucked up, but I want to see it done. I have some content with a girl making love to a dismembered cows head, blood everywhere.

SykkBoy 05-30-2007 10:08 AM

Back in the days of Dark Dollars, we were discussing a bloodletting site and were strongly advised against it. I asked about the hollywood vampire movie type of deal and was still advised to avoid it...even if there were no penetration on the site. These days, I don't even know if the processors will even processfor a bloodletting site.

D 05-30-2007 10:13 AM

Get a lawyer.

Ask him.

You'll need one anyway if you're going down that path, becaue _somebody_ will probably want to bring you to court over it.

:2 cents:

I think you'd have more problems getting that through processing approval than having to worry about legalities, though...

Nothing sounds illegal. But - for example - I doubt VISA will approve it.
