Anyone works with flash?
 

Just trying to make a youtube style flash player for my upcoming blog. Ive seen some good programs out there, but I do have flash 8 and want to utilize it better to learn it. I know how to make a video in it, but I dont know how to keep it from autoplay, create a pre-loader, etc.

Can anyone help? ICQ me or point me to some good tuts besides the basics of importing video.
