I was drinking like 5-6 cans of Coke a day until 3 weeks or so ago.. Refused to buy anymore, and basically just drink water. I can't say I've missed it too much, it's just mental. I'm sure my body hasn't missed the 1,000 calories of Coke every day though.

I only drink water and milk... and beer in the weekends.. :)

the chances of benzene going undetected is very highly unlikely, almost impossible since it shows up quite distinctively in a variety of common laboratory tests

Just another reason for me to stick to drinking coffee.

I try to avoid anything with food coloring or preservatives.. Man can coloring ever mess with kids! My oldest daughter is allergic to red food coloring (a common one) and it makes her like a maniac for DAYS afterwards.. it's sick what they put in our food these days..
