Google only for Adults?! Ever read their TOS?

Hey,

did anyone ever read Google's Terms of Service? Kinda funny...

This is from their TOS, 2.3(a):

Quote:

2.3 You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Google

So Google actually does not allow people under the age of 18?!

I'm assuming it's to keep them out of legal trouble when kids are doing a search for Barney or whatever the latest kid's show is and the link they click on brings them to someone assfucking a purple elephant.
