If one wanted to produce porn in Louisiana, could it be done in a manner that was 95% legal?

I'm not sure why porn can be produced in California and Florida. Is it due to the fact that just about every known sex act is illegal in Louisiana?

Contrary to popular belief, public nudity is illegal in Louisiana and if found convicted of indecent exposure one can recieve up to 5 years in jail and have to register as a Sex Offender... But then you have videos like Girls Gone Wild which leads me to believe that life is full of loop-holes. :?

You can extrapolate that to filming tits at mardi gras and filming hardcore pornography in a hotel room.
IMO the risk is way bigger than the potential reward.

Are you talking about hotel rooms and private residences or setting up a studio and hanging a sign out front " Porn Studio" etc...
