Not able to use .tv for porn?

The other day I was discussing some ideas and .tv domains came up. I was told that in Sept. adult sites will no longer be able to use the .tv extension. Did I miss something? I've looking on the web but haven't really found anything about it. Legit or Bullshit?

True but with IPTV on the rise, .tv seems to be a strong alternative
