In my opinion rap isn't dead. The shit they show on TV is just plain wrong, because that's what sells, bullshit. If you search around on the internet you will still be able to find a lot of good (new) stuff.

if you remembered way back when, jay-z released fade to black acoustic, so abunch of dj's took his shit and remixed it

Didn't seem like Jay-z actually did the cover just someone decided to mix his lyrics with that song to create it.

well a bunch of cyber dj's did alot of remixes of that album...im surprised that you guys talking all hip hop is dead crap and you didn't know this
