Need A VERY Simple And Cheap CMS! Suggestions?

Doesn't need to be fancy or anything, just needs to be able to update a very simple members area. Not looking to spend a lot on it. I already have Carma for my paysites so please don't anyone suggest that.

I just want something very very simple to use.

awiz, the deluxe version is only $349 i've been using it for more a while now and I'm very happy with it.
