I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars. I just would like to have one for pool parties.

There are tons on ebay. Does anyone have one they can recommend?

LOL I wouldn't doubt it. That guy is a total joke. If you aren't going to appeal the court decision, then pay up!

Blenders are the best way to go, imho... besides doing the job (typically more effective than those "machines," too), they're multi-purposed.

And you don't want to cheap out on one.

Only downside is, you need to either play the part of the barman more often, or get someone designated to the task.

yeah if you're going for something that looks cool, that can easily be accomplished by putting your fifth in the freezer, margaritas are actually way harder to make.
