What Should I do, Damnit!

Hey Folks, your help here is really appreciated!

I just launched a brand new site in the niche "Adult Personals" and I have been advertising my ass off:helpme to most of the free places out there that I have found so far and after about a month, I still only have 10 members.

I am giving away to the first 500 members that join a totally free upgrade to the Foxxx level (the same as Gold, Platinum or VIP elsewhere) but obviously I am not doing something right as of yet...

Right now I am just wanting to take shots at the free advertising thing because I am near broke and really don't know where to start to get decent traffic and the sign ups that I need. I want to start an affiliate program but I need to get over those first 500 to even start making money for myself...

I see all these other Adult Personals sites out there and they either have many thousands of members or up into the millions!

If you think that you could possibly give me some advice, tips etc., I really would appreciate it...

I actually need some sort of mentor because I really don't know what in hell I am doing and faking it isn't going to work forever...

Thanx for your help guys!!!

Welcome to the most difficult market in the world. Make sure your site has enough REAL women and interaction to keep interest of the males, its a fun balance you have to learn. If I was to open an adult dating site id make it cater to a certain niche then hit up all the local related owners for links, newspaper ads, mag ads, write blogs about it - i mean the regular old stuff. Try to contact other dating sites to UPSELL your adult site, and more..

There are many things/possibilities you should/could do to boost the traffic and attract people.

However, things either depends on your budget or how much time are you willing to invest.

Just webmaster boards themselves for example are something worth giving a try. Lots of ppl are hanging around them - so you can do some little promo there even with less investment.

First, redesign your home page. Do you like it? I don't. All your elements are out of any order.
