TPG/Text Link Images
 

If one hotlinks to an image with the affiliates permission for use in their TGP or if one uses a text link to a FHG on their site, is this considered to make the person running the site exempt for maintaining those records? Especially if the hotlink images are softcore?? Please help out if you can! Thanks!!!

As answered in another post I do not believe so - its being broadcasted from your site which is under your ownership. With our program we can host sites for you, this circumvents 2257 regs as we have them all inhouse for inspection.
