Internet Access in England

Will be in England for two weeks in June however where I am staying they don't have a dial-up account or DSL etc.. Any idea on what option I have?

There are no Internet Cafe's in town, they had one a couple of years ago and it closed down..
Last time I had to go to the library however its a pain as parking is a bitch..

I found this service however 0.18cents a minute is expensive..

I occasionally use BT Openzone when I am out and about.

The per minute plan is more expensive than the $0.18 you mentioned but there are other options that bring the price down, depends on your usage I guess.

You should be able to use any excess on a bigger plan back in the States (via t-Mobile) too if that is of use also.

In fact look at T-Mobile or one of the other US carriers and see who they partner with in the UK, you might get a better deal that way.

If you're not too bothered about speed, and have a GPRS capable mobile phone and data cable for it, and it can be used as a modem, just smack a T-Mobile SIM in it (hit me up on ICQ and I'll post one to you for free) and you can surf as much as you want at approx. 50 kbps for just £1 ($2) per day.
