More constructive:

- The text is unclear (there's a simple trick for creating kick ass
text effects.. but you probably dont wanna know)

- the image is dark/blurry doesnt really look catchy

- the image has a strange size 116 x 82 that probably
wouldnt fit anywhere..

- The concept however is OK

Yeah, thats crap.

You're trying too hard. Get rid of the colors in the background. Simple designs are better. Less is more.

also, make it brighter...its kinda dark.
