Calling all people that deal with stupid models...

Someone must of had this problem before at some point... what did you did?

I have this model I have signed for a multi year contract for a solo girl site... The contract is pretty detailed about filming requirements and everything else... Everything was fine and well in porn land until this girl decides to find a boyfriend and now decides to make my life a living hell... She is backing out of pretty much everything she signed onto do and even went so far as to tell me "I did not think the shoots would be so sexual".... yea... that bad :(

So I have talked to my lawyers and I'm 100% in the right for legal action... but what the hell is the point? This girl is broke and owns nothing... hell she does not even have a job or a car. What is there to gain from a lawsuit other than a big legal bill?

What would the you guys do with a stupid model like this? Honestly I would be happy to get something back seeing how I invested a bit of coin into her for her hair, toys, makeup, misc shooting costs, ect :(

Yeah ive dealt with those girls in the past and there a major pain in the ass. That's the major reason why i got out of producing my own content for now. Put down your foot and tell her she signed a contract and her new controllong bf did not sign the contract. After a while she will stop bitching about having her content removed from the site. Let her be mad sue her also so if she ever does work you can garnish her wages and teach her a lesson.

kostas 05-23-2007 12:25 PM

Cool down and fuck her "O-ring" by any mean. Make her to remember you for the rest of her life. I had some very bad experinces with such bitches in the past and that was the reason i stoped producing adult material and i'm trying to turn to mainstream. Good luck.

carol.prime 05-23-2007 01:24 PM

:error :error :error >>> as what you have said she had nothing...so she can't pay you anything...let's just wait for "bad karma"... look for another model and ensure 100% contract with her..you'll just waisted your time for that stupid model, go fuck to her and to her boyfriend as well..:thumbsup

MrMaxwell 05-23-2007 02:25 PM

Investment in a human being is wildly risky
Nothing is more frustrating that an ignorant idiot / thief / someone who doesn't keep their word and thinks it's OK.

People like that need their heads kicked in

BrannFenix 05-23-2007 04:47 PM

Yea.... maybe a good head kicking... or getting dropped into the ocean from a plane... who knows... might work :)

All kidding aside MrMaxwell your 100% correct... Dealing with stupid people is no fun :(

Sadly most people floating around are members of the elite moron club...

amateurcanada 05-23-2007 04:54 PM

I think your mistake may have been timing. Life changes, so do people. You should have locked her down, 2 weeks constant work and got enough updates to last a couple years.

Sadly that would not fly :( i wanted webcam shows and member interaction since all the good solo girl sites need the connection to the model... i guess ill just have to chop her stuff up and sell it off or go with free sites maybe... :(

colland 05-24-2007 06:21 AM

Best thing you can do mate, start looking for another girl. It takes up too much time, effort and money. Arguing - look at is as her loss. When she breaks up with the dude she will realise what she has missed out on.

And trust me she will

Welcome to the business, sad thing is it'll happen again most likely.. You can do two things, get revenge and put a lein on her which will come back to haunt her if her ever wants to buy a house or business or something, or just let it go, sell the content over and over and make your money back and life goes on

Manowar 05-24-2007 09:51 AM

Happens with a huge amount of models

Good point. I mean you can fake it with blogs etc and on the site, but nothing beats the real thing. Damn flakes! lol

urbanpimp 05-24-2007 10:28 AM

This is what i would do:

-1- Have an investigator do a search on the boyfriend. There might be something very juicy that you can use. ie: old arrest warrant still outstanding.

-2- Speak to the boyfriend. Let him know how much cash she is really giving up.
Sleazeball boyfriends can be quite pursuasive.

-3- Sue the bitch. Get a judgement. Chances are she will go back to the pron business. Then you will have something to seize.

Pricelessprod 05-25-2007 01:43 AM

Man, we have had the same thing happen to us. Thank god our bitch dipped out before we actually launched the site.....

Fuck the bullshit nonsense with a law suit, you cannot get blood from a rock, and you sure as hell can't get money from a stupid slut....

Do what we did. Take her signed model releases and use them to your advantage.... Tell her if she does not cooperate, you will do the following;

- You will Send her most raunchy videos to everyone in her family.

- You will make sure her new boyfriend's parents and family get to see her in action.

- Find out where she works (if she does) and make sure all of her co-workers get copies of the videos too.

- See where she hangs out, and again, drop off some complimentary DVD's.

- And I am sure there are many more creative ways to use this leverage against her.

That model release gives you supreme control and will eventually get her to realize that you own her ass more than she ever realized.

Now, from this point on, you might as well forget about the web cam idea, cause she is not going to be too happy, but take the advice from above, get her back for a couple of weeks and shoot the shit out of her so you can have a few years worth of updates and then at least it is not a total loss of a site.

me to

I had similar problem, and it was good lesson for a lifetime. My friend should organise models, and he did, and we made shooting, start website, and at the end, when I've asked for papers , it seems that he didn't make them actually sing, but they told him that they will do so. It was presented different to me. Site was softcore, and stupid models, said: What if you put dick in my mouth on photos....what if you make porn by computer "magic".......terrible. Also, on that day, while I was talking to them, I forgot shooting equipement in car, and it was stolen from there, with latest filmed content. 1500 Eur loss in one day and website too...very bad.

falcao 05-29-2007 11:23 PM

sue her. she may not have money now, but she will later. eventually she'll have to get a job, and when she does the government will take a huge chunk of her paycheck and give it to you. it will be like christmas every two weeks.

sue the pants off her, man. do not let people trample all over you. don't let her screw you over. stand up for yourself. if she was old enough to enter into a contract, then she's old enough to pay the consequences for breaking a contract.

PornMogul 05-30-2007 01:09 PM

Take her to court if you can afford it.

Stupid models is one thing, but stupid friends/compagnions is much worser.
Nasty story dude.

If you're 100% sure that you will win this case, then no hard feelings for the bitch. At least i would do that, i won't let harm my business by nobody. :winkwink:

Yep I've had them in the past. Very annoying.

Regardless if she owns nothing, I take great pleasure in fucking up their credit. So I file the suit against them. Even if I do not get a dime, for 7 years I get some redemption.

:disgust

spacedevil13 06-04-2007 04:49 AM

I don't know the full details of your situation other than the fact you got screwed by this chick. But personally I think you should count your loss and move on. Sueing her is only gonna add salt to your financial wounds. She doesn't deserve a single cent more wasted on her scandelous ass. Threatening this girl will be counter productive as well. Especially if you get a couple more shoots from her. She'll only be bitter about the deal and it will show on stage with her performance making the end results look like crap.
This girl sounds to me to be just one of the many flaky models that you will encounter in this industry. Concider this a learning experience and try to avoid this from happening in the future.
I don't know to much about the solo girl website end of this industry. But a contract lasting a couple of years seems a little to extensive. A lot of photographers concider themselves lucky if they can get a model to work for them more than once. I agree with the idea of shooting as much as you can when you can. so you'll have a good amount of content for the site.

spacedevil13 06-04-2007 04:54 AM

Sorry if I didn't put spaces between the paragraphs...my bad.

divine116 06-06-2007 12:51 AM

Those bitches are sucks!

selena 06-09-2007 03:22 PM

Best to cut your losses and move on, imho. With the energy and time you would waste trying to force someone to do something they don't want to, you could be moving forward with something else.

And yeah, I get what you were trying to do with the site. But in the future consider getting the content shot up front. If your next girl doesn't flake and is around to do member interaction, that's great, you are one step ahead of the game. But if you happen to cross paths with another flake, by shooting a ton of content, you won't be in the same position you are today.

fluffygrrl 06-09-2007 04:22 PM

If you live on the east coast, sell her to a Mob run outfit, whatever it is, strip joint, studio, whatever. You'll get peanuts BUT you will get a crying idiot begging you to get her contract back in a couple of weeks.

And if you're the sort, take pictures and spend 15 minutes before signing any model release for the rest of your life showing them what happens.

ElPolloDiablo 06-10-2007 08:43 AM

It seems to me you'd do well to setting up a $12.000 fine in the contract that decreases with $1.000 for every month she works for you.

That way, if they bail out, they will owe you the number of months worth of fine that's left over.

Explain that this measure is to protect yourself. Also make clear that the decreasing fine won't be coming out of their wages.

And in the future, you'd best make very clear exactly how sexual the scenes are gonna be. I suggest you show them a few clips at the job interview.

Subtle 06-10-2007 02:13 PM

Is this not a bias view, if you like a girl and find out she is in porn? What will you do?

By blackmailing or suing her, what is your character or nature? Would you like this to happen to any of your females?
