Steve is a much better marketing person, however.
Steve: "Ok, so, first we changed the CPU and everything crashed for about 2-3 years.. when we were still Motorola/IBM chips. Then, we lied how ours were better despite the numbers, and finally said Intel chips were better, but only after a complete overhaul of the OS to the point that virtually nothing you'd need would work right. Then, we did move over to Intel and totally closed up our system which we built on free software. You're going to take it, and love it."
Bill: "It's not supposed to crash. That's why it's still in testing."
However, Bill made one hell of a funny inline joke. Referring to Google: "We can't agree with their [business model], but otherwise, they're OK." (Google's motto at the time was "Do no evil.")
