Question re partnership or pay per signup on my website
 

We've been running a partnership (50/50) on Teenage Dreams for a couple of years now. We've got several very good partners who are doing well, the average conversions are damned good.

Since getting reviewed by 3 adult review sites, and all placing us within the top 10 sites reviewed, (adult reviews placing us best teen site ever reviewed), we got a few more partners who are also doing very nicely.

But, my guess is a lot of people don't promote us, because we've got no pay per signup program. So I'm thinking OK, lets put one on to attract new partners. But...

What would be an acceptable flat rate for a site which has outstanding conversions already $20 ? $25 ?

Would you join a program which paid less than the $40-65 offered by others sites, with the thought you're going to get more signups because the site is so highly rated by review sites?

It must be a question a hundred other websites who run partnerships only must be asking themselevs.

For me, if I'm getting less than $30 pay-per-signup I'd prefer a 50/50 or 60/40 recurring split. The only pay-per-signups I push are the ones that pay me $40+ ea.

you can't guarantee peoples bottom line or what their conversion will be with your site,So not too many people would take $25 without knowing ahead of time exactly how THEY will convert...
