i bought the name raunchydvd.com and .co.uk and raunchydvds.co.uk and .com.

its for a site sellin adult dvds.

my question is, is this a good name?? do Americans understand the word raunchy??

Not here it doesn't. Here, raunchy means... like nasty/fucked up. Like to an ugly chick you'd say, "She's got a raunchy face".

But it can also mean something like "Ultra Hard Core". Dirty, nasty sex. Just wild crazy, hard sex.
