Where to start, and hello to GFY!
 

Well I've been thinking alot about expanding to something new in the last few years, I've got a good chunk of experience running shroomery.org but its a different beast and this whole new world is rather new to me.

I would love some initial advice in what directions I should head in, basically I'll tell you what options I have and I'd love honest opinions on where a true noob should start researching before committing to anything.

#1. I have a strong group of web developers, I could get a website running if we went looking for a website based on a model or model/friends like many of the websites based on a girl and friends.

#2. I have a few friends that work on hollywood films in my city, and have been very interested in producing content (something I've been warned is difficult and not easy to sell.) .. I guess the benefit is that it would be high quality but is more risk/reward than I'm at this point confident in taking. However I'm more interested in this avenue as we have resources that allow us to travel to where the models would be, one idea was spending 1-2 months in Brazil creating content.

#3. Reading early on, Galleries, referrals, etc.. Seems to be a safer bet, but I'm really more interested in creating content, building a website based on original material for a theme or ideally a hot young woman looking to get into the industry.

So I'd love some intial advice, even a healthy round of STFU as its always good to be reminded of the reality of this industry.

Fresh New Content / Models etc... is always in demand But You'd need lots before even opening your doors....

As I've noticed even the small WM programs have atleast a few sites with Diferrent models on 'em when they start....

You may want to promote someone elses work just to get a feel for things and then move on to your own stuff...

Ah when you get it going let me know I'd love to build some exclusive sites just for your models... :winkwink: :thumbsup
