How much are you willing to pay per hour?
 

My friend has a hookup in Vietnam, can get some english speaking people there to do work. He wants to know what you'd be willing to pay per hour to hire them.

They are not webmasters and would have to be trained for anything more than writing text or simple pointing and clicking, so take that into account.

So what would you be willing to pay on an hourly basis?

They speak and write english. He can also get non-english speaking for a lower cost if you can use them. One of the english speakers can act as a translator.

Did some research, average household income per month is $32, being generous and giving that to a single person -- 90 hours a week, 360 hours a month comes out to 8 cents an hour. Thats actually a pretty good deal I think.

I'm not sure how much access they'd get to sites and such from Vietnam. A lot of porn is blocked inside Thailand and they're much less restrictive than Vietnam.
I've been there a few times and there are a few internet cafe's.

You could waste a few weeks training only to have them closed down - althogh at your 8c an hour ....

Problem with a lot of these guys is that they will start asking for more money as time goes on and they realize they are making you a lot more then what you pay them, and once they learn the inner workings they will go on and do their own thing.
