    The Official "GOD I'M AN IDIOT... I ALWAYS THOUGHT ______!" longterm brainfart thread

    For example, I just learned today that it's the "Sistine Chapel" and not the "16th Chapel" which I must have misheard when I was a child and it just stuck and hadn't come up.

    Funnier, I've actually been to it and still didn't notice.

    Please post your own moronic discoveries and make me feel better about this.
