That's stupid.

In the demo it shows the 1 and 3 cups down and 2 - up.

In the game itself it's the opposite, so pretty much impossible.

In the demo you can turn all of them up and cannot turn them down, in the puzzle - the opposite.

they don't show you how to do it, it's fucked. FUck fuck fuck fuck fucked!

The starting positions are the opposite, making it impossible. :)

Yup... demo starts with 2 down 1 up - game starts with 2 up 1 down - its impossible to get all three up - but easy to get all 3 down.

Thank god I didn't spend more than 30 seconds on this :)

Yes. The equivalent of getting all 3 cups up 1 cup starting up is that same as getting all 3 cups down with 1 starting down.
