AZ goes after another porn company
This state is fucked up. They like to publish the names of people who they find out is in porn. Here is the article
http://www.azcentral.com/news/articl...raphy0515.html They even mentioned the Phoenix Forum. Thank god they don't realize how many people here do porn, or they would be in the newspaper as well. GRRR |
Where? I don't see anything.

Not sure what you are upset about
|
It sells newspapers seeing as I read the whole thing I'm guessing more people are interested.

If these people were doctors or lawyers they were be no problem. The fact that these people are in porn they must publish that info so everyone knows what they do. That is what pisses me off. Porn is legal, they should not publish your name in the paper. That is just wrong. You want an article on you in the paper stating your real name and where you live? |
That is a fucked up slanderous article.....I'd be pissed- No need to out someone just for the hell of it....Guys trying to lead a quiet life...fuckin media.... :321GFY

meow. newspapers aint owned by the state.

Listen I blame the state because they do not like porn or strip clubs and they have made that known. Scottsdale ran Jenna Jameson over the coals when she wanted to buy her strip club Babes. The city did everything they could to block her. The state backed Scottsdale up. They do not hide the fact they don't want porn in this state. The state does not run the newspaper, that is true. The newspaper is run by assholes just like the state is. |
While I think what they are doing is quite n1ggerish, it is certainly within their rights to do it. AZ isn't exactly a "porn friendly" state nor should one expect it to be. The only "porn friendly" state there is, and for the next twenty to fifty years probably will be, California.
|
I'll repeat what's already been said. Newspapers are privately owned. What does this have to do with the government or the State of Arizona?
The newspaper is a business. The more newspapers they sell, the more they can charge for advertising. By writing "risque" articles they attract attention, and therefore sell more newspapers. |
holy shit...I met that guy in Phoenix Forum thru a friend and we dropped him off at his place one evening after the show
nice enough dude, seemed cool to me why the fuck is the paper treating him like a child molester? It's fucking ridiculous, this character assassination thru the media. all over some alleged incident , what happened to innocent until proven guilty? |

I answered that already. That state government has made it clear before they do not like strip clubs or porn sites in AZ. Everyone that lived here knows that. The newspaper may be a business, but that does not give them the right to post stories like these. Know all his neighbors will know what he does for a living. He has two kids, how do you think the other parents will react know knowing the kids dad is in porn? They ruin people's lives when they post crap like this. |

No, it isn't fair. Frankly it sucks total ass. I see "half stories" printed every day. Yes, it really does suck. Unfortunately thats how things go. Unless you want the State and Feds to add more censorship to their list of "things to do" it really isn't going to change much. Newspapers and the media are a business. |

Yeah, the newspaper just ruined his life :1orglaugh |

Yes it is legal to produce porn in AZ. I am not a tool, you are a bitter old man and you have proven that on here a million times. |

No error. There is no law that says porn is illegal to produce in AZ. If so show it to us all. They never arrest any of these people, so they can't be breaking a law. |
I fail to see why this is newsworthy. They should have covered the Forum if they wanted to, not hassled some guy with a house.
Although reading "dogfart" in a major newspaper did make me giggle. |

Hmm are you bitter because you are losing your hair? That is not my problem. |

Just because they aren't enforcing obsceneity laws, doesnt mean they can't. My advice to you Jane is to spend more time reading this board and less time posting because you always sound like such a NOOB |
Didn't Cable use stolen content to make his porn riches? Sounds like Karma paid him a visit.

I'm sure he's in his Maybach right now, car running, garage doors shut! Almost everyone I know in AZ is somehow affiliated w/ the adult industry. Who cares, it's a business. The newspaper can write all they want about this as long as it's not libel! Newspaper Companies are protected by the same rights we are protected by, free speech! Gotta love it and hate it at the same time!
|
Interesting tidbit, perhaps AZCentral can verify . . . you have 4 kids from 3 different guys?
Welfare mother? |

If they don't enforce the laws, then they do not really care then do they? Why would anyone spend time to read most of what is on this board? Most of you just like to rip on people or bitch about a company that you think fucked up over. My advice to you is to not worry about what I do, worry about yourself. |
I'm just glad I live in Brazil...
