exercise gurus - three day split twice a week?
is this too much to take a three day split and do the upper body routine twice a week (as long as I'm not too sore) like so:
Monday: Chest & Back & Abs Tuesday: Arms/shoulders Wednesday: Legs Thursday: Chest & Back & Abs Friday: Arms/shoulders sat/sun: plenty of rest and beer |
Personally I reckon working a body part twice a week is too much if you are pushing hard. I do each bp once a week.
Mon: Back/Traps Wed:Shoulders/Tricepes Fri: Chest/Biceps Sat: Legs/Abs |
you realize the beer is counterproductive, and promotes more estrogen vs testosterone, but that is a whole other subject
