for design work via paypal and getting quality work from the grunts sittting

getting payed peanuts to do a groupers job

we pay the 50%, and we need a few changes into our website.

we are sending mails and ICQ messages from a lot of time ago and I never get a answer..

If we don't recieve a solution we will use the other 50% to pay another programmer for modify our sites.
