Does any body know which country is best for open an offshore company for doing porn business? This country must allow hardcore, bondage or SM things.

It's all in the form of your company. Almost none of the carribean islands allows porn or gambling co. at all, but you can find 10000s operating. H.Kong is an expensive solution with higher tax rate than carribean islands and operating cost but has some benefits your accountant most probably will know. Do some research on sites they are offering info about these things. You'll see none country option is 100% great.

SLLD is right, gambling is allowed at Antigua, Barbuda, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Netherland Antilles (Curacao), St Kitts & Nevis, St Vincent, Virgin Islands (US) and I know from my ex-partner that this say applies for Margarita Island. I confused it with an article I read about a last legislation passed at Antigua which had some limitations but didn't prohibit the operation of these companies. Big mistake since most of the online gambling co. operate legaly offshore. Starnet is one of them. This is not valid though for pornography where things are more strict. From a fast look i just did Anguilla for example doesn't allow any hardcore and limits things to softcore nude pics like the ones that can be found at playboy. But again if you research and setup things right I don't think you'll have any problem.

I helped curate a Pop Art Exhibit that featured 3 Lichtenstien pieces.

Stay out of the Carribean! The privacy in that reigion is not what it used to be. Most of the islands are communicating with the government now. This won't matter as much if you are making under 20 mil and not working in a 'questionable' biz. They don;t chase the small fries.
