Which CMS?

Hey guys,

I am looking for a very basic cms system something similar to that of a "top site" but I'm looking to have several catagories (on the same page) and sites listed in each catagory with a screen shot, site rating, description, and tour link.

If you have anything in mind.. let me know :)
