Sopranos...Disappointed 'spoilers'.....

Man, I was hoping that Christopher would make it to the big Sopranos movie series.

I'm still hoping for some reason there'll be a movie version of the series. PLEASE it would be so friggin' cool.

It's getting so you don't know what's gonna happen next. This was a surprise in some aspects and not in others with Christopher.

There will be a movie, noway there just gonna let the show die

Red Ezra 05-14-2007 10:37 PM

surprise and let down - leads me to believe that the ending will be lame - same sort of payoff as last seasons finale - eating dinner - this show has taken the suck bus

in esquirer david chase said after this its over. Think about it its hbo its not like they have to censor themselves.

stupid show, seems like the show is falling apart. a good 30 minutes of that show was tony on drugs... no plot.

That last episode was all over the place. One of main characters die and that's the quality of the episode? That episode just rambled on. It's the first episode I almost turned off. Tony doing peyote? Christ, they are scraping the bottom of the idea barrel.

I've been a huge fan for years, but these last 2 seasons have been lackluster. Especially, the last 5 episodes.

Maybe David Chase should have had lunch with Gary Shandling and Jerry Seinfeld. Maybe then he would have learned how to end a series and not let it ramble on into mediocrity.

I think what's happening is that so many people are adding their
two cents into the making of the show that the real heart is
going out on it.

Without Christopher the show loses too much of what it is.
When they bumped off his girlfriend the hottie factor died too. She
is a brilliant actress and brought so much to the show.

If they get rid of Paulie or Sil or Carm I'll give up.

Seinfeld had one of the worst series finale shows ever. :2 cents:

gotta agree with you on that one

they turned a totally great comedy show into a hokey circus on that last episode

BBWTori 05-15-2007 05:05 AM

Looks like this one is gonna be a contender for one of the worst series endings ever....

Stephen McTowelie 05-15-2007 05:25 AM

I quite liked the bit with tony on peyote was kinda like sopranos meets fear and loathing lol !
Oh and chris so deserved what he got ! You dont fuck with tony chris has had so any chances !

DOCTOR 30 05-15-2007 05:28 AM

Often what happens with a finale is that everyone wants to get into the act. They futz around and the actors and their agents make demands and the finale gets all gunked up. Either that or some smart ass wants a time travel episode :)

I totally agree, but he did go out on top. He didn't drag out 3-4 shitty last seasons and rake in the cash. There are so many shows that do that. They ride it out till 8 people are watching it, then they call it quits.

The peyote thing was just a few scenes, not necessarily the plot (if they're actually was one).
