Yeah i'm pretty sure you can verify before they put a lock on your account. I had to go through the verification process after changing the address on my epassporte account. The only problem with it is that it took 16 days to get verified, and that was only after bitching about it here and getting a Epassporte Rep on GFY to contact me directly. He had it taken care of within the hour.

its 5k and yes you can verify your account before this happens

she is quick w/ responding with proper info during biz hours
so she will get at you tomorrow

is there any way to verify your account BEFORE they put a hold on it?

i've tried to call and been put on hold for forever and i've emailed support a ton of times and i can't get get a reply
