Web based script for project management?
 

I need some web based software to setup on my server for project management. Basically I have various projects that I'll be putting up in the manager. I want to be able to assign them to Person A, Person B, etc. They can report progress through the script, etc. Upload capabilities would be a big plus.

What are you using?

I've used Dotproject before.. it's decent!
