towards other sites.... Check out the trailers on http://tour.sexproadventures.com/t1/... What are they watermarked with and with big splash screens??? theBrazzers.com... Given most if not all of their sites (some JuggCash ones push BustyZ watermarks) push that one, once a surfer sees it come up 3+ times, they're going to be more likely to type in that domain and go there instead.. which does a redirect to brazzerspass.com... And we don't get credit...

I'm REALLY getting pissed off at programs that are offering "low" revshare or PPS and are putting up watermarks (and some fucking huge ones on some programs) for other sites on the trailers and videos of other sites we're all trying to promote. Maybe if they were paying $35-$40 I wouldn't be as ticked off, but I'm seeing this more and more all over the place.

I realize that a lot of guys have finally got a clue about "branding" these days but fucking hell.. we're supposed to be your partners.. your marketing team.. and you keep fucking us over with shit like this... It's no wonder some guys have said fuck it and just rip off your shit and promote things like dating sites on torent, pirate and forum sites they put up instead of trying to promote your sites directly... It's getting to the point where it's not worth it.

Get your shit together and watermark the fucking videos with the site we're trying to sell.

I think that when a surfer finds a video branded like this on the p2p or torrent sites he is more likely to type in the watermark domain. If he is on the site already I think it less likely.

But I do agree to some point yes.

um...affiliates are an added bonus revenue stream to a program

if you don't like the watermarks, set up your own tours, buy your own content and push straight to the join pages....that is what we all used to do and it worked out pretty well

I'm surprised to see you condoning this.. I guess all the programs you promote can plaster watermarks right accross the center (I've actually seen that on a couple small revshare programs) of the pic content you use now... to promote some other site...

And no.. we "all" didn't do that... Out of the 10s of thousands of submitted galleries I've seen in the last 5+ years, I've only ever seen a handfull of people do that... It was usefull for improving conversions by using your purchased content to push some cookie cutter site (which was far more predominant back then) that probably didn't even have that content in the site. That way we could fine tune your "tour" to the traffic source and use pics etc. of the hottie of the week to generate sales.

Has anyone even getting their checks from Brazbucks?

Still trying to get checks for period eding 3/15 and 3/31. E-mailed them twice but they are either telling me to wait a week or being told they were sent.

1. The advantages of promoting a product that is represented by a reputable brand are undeniable. Straight off the bat when a surfer lands on the tour he knows he is buying a quality product , the trust factor is established thus creating a qualified buyer.

2. The surfer will refer to the content as being Brazzers content , thus associating the content of that site to the other 1500 scenes on the network, it creates value for them....exponentially increases your odds of making a sale.

3. Every single serious adult company out there operates under a brand, we need to build an identity for ourself, this is how we insure survival and longevity, this is how we'll be here making you money 10 years from now.

4. Anybody pushing our content or the content of any other major studio illegally will get shut down and proper actions will be taken against those individuals in the next few months. This is a fact.

5. Our goal is to make our affiliates the highest amount of money versus traffic sent, not to have the highest payouts ever. We are building our programs in function of being industry leaders in traffic moneytization, not payouts. We can offer you 35$-40$ per sale, but then would we have proper capital left to invest in content the way we do , would we be able to build the proper infrastructure to convert your traffic month after month, would we be able to cookie every single surfer for 6 months, would we be able to release a new product for you to promote every month?

If you think Brazzers is up to no good by Branding our content , think again! You dont get more by the book and honest than we are, we work for you just like you work for us!

I don't believe they are trying to steal traffic from you in any way. While I'm sure some of your traffic does type in the URL, I highly doubt it's a huge amount. The domain for branding purposes is needed. It's no different than the branding the Bangbros do in marketing their network.

yada yada yada... Bullshit.. You can brand your stuff without slapping the domain at the beginning and end of the video, as well as the watermark and... hmmm.. I think some of them don't even mention the damn site that's being promoted.

Don't try and bullshit me.. You and I both know that by doing what you're doing you're going to generate more and more typein traffic to that site... By watermarking all the videos with "thebrazzers.com' instead of the site we the marketers are telling the surfer it's from, you're creating confusion and also generating more typeins to that site.

I'm not promoting "TheBrazzer.com".. I'm trying to get a damn sale to the site I'm promoting... if you simply said.. "The Brazzer presents" etc. I wouldn't be as ticked off.. but you're not. You're trying to push the traffic to that other site for which we don't get any credit. You've already got "TheBazzers" on the sites themselves.. You've got the multisite pass... But if we're trying to get a sale for "Baby Got Boobs", why the FUCK is it watermarked Bustyz.com??? I know for a fact that some surfes are going to type that into their browser since it appears the video is from THAT site and not the one that gallery is trying to promote.

You're building a nice brand for yourself but in the process you're making it harder for us to make as many sales as we could by making the surfer think the videos are from a different site.
