White List for mailing lists?
Due to past TOS violations by a few of our affiliates many of our sites have been placed on spam blocking black lists. We do everything we can to prevent anyone connected to our program or sites from ever sending out spam emails including immediate termination of their accounts and forfeiture of funds.... but now we are finding it very difficult to send out our newsletters that affiliates have signed up for or even answer customer support tickets because our mails get rejected often.
does anyone have any useful suggestions on how to get the domains put on the white list? We are pretty much willing to do whatever it takes including registering all of our server's IPs with an oversight organization. The way the situation is right now it is impeding our ability to communicate effectively with both our customers and our affiliates. Thanks for any help:thumbsup spaz |

which program?? as for getting onto the white list, call the ISP... but good look.. it will be one hell of a battle...
It really does depend on the situation.. I used to work for Demon in the UK, and once someone was on the blacklist their was no going back unless you worked for one of the fortune companies.. If it's a small company that has blocked you, call them.. if it's a biggy, your pretty much fucked. Give me more info by email, and I will try to point you the right way. |
you've gotta talk to the isps and email providers.

Thanks Alan and vvq. I appreciate the responses I am going to try and research this more. I wish they had an organization set up for disputes like this
