Okay, you can make this the longest thread of the week - or you can let star 69 get that with his fake drama (no offense) - apparantly the longest thread gets some prize.

What's the state of our industry, what's happening and what needs to change? What direction are things headed in, what problems are arising - how can they be fixed?

What's going to happen to all of the TGPs over the next 5 years? What about rating sites, what about Zango?

Time to consolidate this all into one thread.:pimp

Zango / Spyware will be bigger then ever in 4-5 years and it will cause affiliates to lose even more money.

That and torrents and fusker sites... or something similar anyway.
The more you lock something up, the more people find a way to get it for free anyway.

I wonder how well a network of like 1000 good TGPs would do, where a free membership is required to view the good stuff... just thinking out loud:winkwink:

why is it the people that start these threads never answer their own questions or give their own opinions?

I did give some opinions... but I will elucidate here:

I'm really new, starting a paysite... and my opinion is that finding quality traffic is pretty tough right now, and I'm pretty tempted to buy traffic from Zango but I'm not going to because it seems like they're hurting everyone. there.

I think in 10-15 years the industry will begin to mature a bit more and if self regulation isn't effective, there's just going to be more legislation
